Who you're dealing with
bigskid.co.uk is operated under the trading name "BigSkid" by [TRADER] ("we", "us"), a sole trader based in the UK. Trading address: [TRADING_ADDRESS]. Contact [email protected].
Using this site
You can browse the site without an account. If you place an order you confirm that you're at least 18 and capable of entering a binding contract.
You agree not to misuse the site (no scraping, no spam, no security probing without permission).
How an order works
- You add items to the basket and check out.
- You pay for the order in full.
- We send you a confirmation email. That email is acknowledgement of the order, not acceptance.
- The contract forms when we email you to confirm the order has gone into production.
- If we can't fulfil the order (item unavailable, payment issue, suspected fraud) we'll refund you in full.
Print-on-demand and what that means for you
Every BigSkid item is produced after you order it. That makes it a custom item under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, regulation 28(1)(b). There is no general 14-day right to cancel for change of mind or wrong size.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain in full. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we'll refund or replace it. See our refund policy for the detail.
Pricing
Prices on the site are in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout. We try to keep prices accurate but reserve the right to correct obvious errors before accepting an order.
Intellectual property
All designs, logos, copy and imagery on this site belong to BigSkid or are used with permission. You may not reproduce, copy or resell any of it for commercial purposes without written permission. Personal social posts wearing or showing the products are encouraged; tag us in.
Limitation of liability
We're a small UK brand. Our maximum liability for any order is the amount you paid for that order, unless a higher liability is required by law (for example, in cases of personal injury caused by our negligence, which we don't limit).
We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as missed events because a parcel didn't arrive on time.
Force majeure
We aren't liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (postal strikes, supplier outages, natural disasters, war, that kind of thing).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be heard in the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top of the page. Material changes won't apply retroactively to orders you've already placed.
