How it works

Every BigSkid item is printed to order. That means there's a production step before anything ships. Total time from order to door is usually:

• UK: 5 to 9 working days (2 to 5 days production + 2 to 4 days delivery)
• EU: 7 to 14 working days

Production is faster than it sounds. Most orders are in the post within 72 hours.

Rates

• UK standard: £3.99
• UK free: on orders over £50
• EU standard: £6.99 to £9.99 depending on weight and destination

The final rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves the print partner's warehouse. UK orders ship with Royal Mail Tracked 48 or DPD depending on weight. EU orders ship with a tracked international service.

EU post-Brexit

Customs duties and local VAT in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility. Prices on this site are GBP inclusive of UK VAT and don't include destination-country charges. For most EU destinations on apparel orders under €150, duties are zero, but local VAT may apply on arrival depending on the country.

Outside UK and EU

Not at launch. International expansion is on the roadmap once volume justifies it. If you're outside the UK and EU and want a tee, send a message and we'll let you know when it's possible.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking shows your parcel hasn't moved for 7+ working days, or it shows delivered but you didn't get it, email [email protected] with your order number and we'll open a claim with the carrier. You won't be left out of pocket.

Wrong address

Double-check the delivery address before you check out. Once an order is in production we can't change the address. If a parcel comes back to the warehouse as undeliverable we'll contact you to arrange a redelivery; the redelivery charge is on you.
